I had a wonderful experience learning traditional and lost recipes. The class was very well organized, and the techniques were explained clearly and patiently. It was amazing to discover authentic recipes that are rarely taught today. The environment was friendly, and every step was demonstrated in a simple and practical way. I truly enjoyed the session and gained valuable cooking knowledge. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to learn authentic and traditional lost recipes

I attended two basic cooking sessions with Chef Anamika and it was a great learning experience. She clearly explained fundamentals like chopping, dough making, and preparing roti, paratha, puri, vegetables, and pindi chhole. Her focus on correct techniques and practical tips was very helpful. She patiently answered every question and even helped me finally learn to make round phulkas. Overall, highly recommended for anyone who wants to build strong cooking basics.
