I booked through a different app in good faith I didn’t checked the bill and paid it online, I came back home and saw that the restaurant has charged me a service charge of 1200 rs without even telling me Pathetic place and I feel cheated Such a big brand and doing this to customers Please it’s a big no to go and eat at this restaurant

Good facilities and great hospitality. I visited the Monarch restaurant located in Holiday Inn Jaipur city centre. I really liked their basil marinated chicken tikka and hara bhar kebab.
