Come to this restaurant to taste perfectly cooked turkey, bhaji pav and coleslaw. Do not leave without enjoying good brownie sundae, chocolate custard and chocolate sandwiches. Here you may drink good margaritas or good bitter. Great chocolate shake, chocolate frappe or milkshakes are the best drinks of Hocco Eatery.

I’ve visited many HOCCO outlets and always had a good experience—but the K.K. Nagar Road outlet was a complete disaster. • The ambience was terrible – dirty floors, unhygienic space, and very uncomfortable chairs and tables. • The staff behaved like they are the owners of HOCCO. They were arrogant, disrespectful, and acted as if they were giving us food for free. Absolutely no sense of customer service. • The food was the worst I’ve ever had from HOCCO. The taste was completely different from other outlets—clearly showing cost-cutting and low-quality ingredients. • No safe or proper parking nearby, which is a big problem for families or evening visitors. • And shockingly, they refused to let us sit inside and enjoy ice cream. They asked us to buy it from the delivery side and stand outside to eat—even though other HOCCO outlets always allow comfortable indoor AC seating. • Also, they shut down the outlet much earlier than the mentioned closing time. Even though the official closing time is around 12:00 AM, they start closing by 10:20 or 11:20 PM, whenever they feel like it—while other outlets stay open as per schedule. Very unprofessional. Overall, this was the worst HOCCO experience ever, and I seriously doubt the management is even aware of how badly this outlet is being run. I strongly DO NOT recommend visiting the K.K. Nagar Road HOCCO outlet. It’s disappointing, disrespectful, and spoils the brand’s name. Yesterday i had visited with my family and kids for ice cream party. We had reached around 10.40 pm as we know that this outlet remains open till late in summer but as soon as we went we were treated as if they were going to give us free of cost service....I requested them we have come with family but straight away he denied saying that we are closing no courtesy at all for the customer along with me there were other 4-5 families who had come but everyone had to go back and more even he closed the shop shutter on our face asking to leave as he wanted to go somewhere....
