Worst experience at HiTech Bawarchi Food Court. We paid ₹2,100 through Magicpin, and even after showing successful payment proof, the staff refused to accept it. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. Despite already paying the full amount, we were forced to pay an additional ₹450 via UPI just to get our food. They outright denied the Magicpin payment without any valid reason. This is nothing but unfair treatment and poor customer service. Totally unprofessional behavior—no support, no apology, nothing. We ended up paying ₹2,550 for a ₹2,100 order. Do not recommend this place at all. Be careful if you're using Magicpin or any third-party app here.
