Good place for a quick bite. I used to be a regular at Hit & Run Chakala until yesterday. Like always..I visited the place yesterday with my fiance and I ordered for an Paneer in Oyster Sauce but I received Chicked instead of Paneer. By the time we realised..my fiance had already eaten the chicken. When I asked the staff..he said nothing and just took the plate away. We walked downstairs to clear the bill and leave coz we were in no mood to wait for a replacement. At the counter, I just get handed the bill copy..no apologies or remorse from the owner or the staff. Surprised to see this kind of a behavior towards a regular customer..the least to expect from a restaurant after such a blunder is a mere 'Sorry' which was also too much to ask I guess. This will be the last time I visit here..because sometimes 'Humility' needs to taught ! I suggest we stop promoting such places where customer and their beliefs aren't valued.
