Hit & Run at Chakala is an absolute delight and easily deserves a 5-star rating. The food here is genuinely amazing, especially if you enjoy Middle Eastern flavours. I tried a variety of items, and each one impressed me in its own way. The chicken shawarma was juicy, well-seasoned, and perfectly wrapped, while the mutton shawarma stood out with its rich flavour and tenderness — easily one of the highlights of the meal. Even the paneer shawarma was surprisingly good, making it a great option for vegetarians without compromising on taste or texture. Everything felt fresh and well-prepared. I also tried the tomato soup, which was comforting, flavourful, and a perfect addition to the meal. Simple, warm, and well-balanced — it complemented the shawarmas really well. Overall, the quality of food, consistency in taste, and satisfying portions make Hit & Run Chakala a great place for a quick yet fulfilling meal. Definitely a spot I’d visit again and recommend to anyone looking for good shawarmas in the area. 1 star review I requested a simple customization Paneer Chilli Dry instead of Special Paneer Frankybut the staff rudely refused and said they won’t customize anything not listed on the menu. Instead of helping, they asked me to “search and order” and showed zero willingness to assist. As a regular customer, this kind of behaviour is unacceptable and disappointing.
