Extremely Poor Quality and Rotten Sweets I purchased half kg each of Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla, Cham Cham, Special Boondi Ladoo, Balusahi, and Kaju Katli from Heera Sweet Store (Ground Floor & 1st Floor, Jaypee Greens Wish Town, Unit No. C-1-L, SVG Galleria, Sector 131, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304) on 20th October 2025 for Diwali Puja. To my shock, the Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla, and Cham Cham were completely rotten and had a foul odor. This is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety at this shop. Selling stale sweets, especially during festive occasions, is unacceptable. I strongly request the Food Inspection Department to inspect this outlet and take appropriate action to ensure that no other customers face such health risks. Please maintain proper hygiene and quality standards — customers trust you for purity and freshness, not spoiled food. Food: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600

Very poor service, last night i have visited the restaurant. I have ordered chole bhature but after waiting 1 hr, when my ordered was not served, i went to billing counter, they said chole bhature is not available. When i asked for complaint book, they denied and outlet manager was not ready to listen anything. Not recommended to all,Pls don't visit any hira sweets in future. Before sometime same incident happened in Varindavan Hira sweets outlet but still no action has been taken by management. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
