Very bad experience. Would give it less than 1 star if possible. The food was bad and the service was even worse. That staff,the faculty,even the Manger were all so rude Did not cooperate at all. The number of staff members were less compared to the number if costumers creating nuisance. The food either had less salt or more oil. Took 1hr to get our order ready. The manager wasn't ready to hear there restaurants bad service and started yelling Took and hour to get the food and just 5mins to get the bill ready. Hira sweets was my go to lunch spot but unfortunately not anymore. Fix your services asap Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hygiene issue, found spider leg and insacts in food. Don't know, they're charging for what. If this is the quality of food then better to eat roadside food. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1
