food quality is fine but packaging is bad. Got the burger in very bad shape and also tissue paper which they used to wrap burger was all sticked to mayo and dissolved in it...hard to remove or seperate tissue from mayo.

Pathetic service. They don't deliver as per your order and items were missing. Not going to order again from Hira Sweets. There staff is untrained and don't handle complains seriously.
