The receptionist lady who bills the order was very arrogant and ill spoken, not only towards the customers but also towards the staff who works over there. The only reason those staffs still continues to work there would only be because of their financial situation which doesn't mean they don't have to be given a spec of respect. If the hotel management still allow that arrogant lady to do the evil deeds she does over there they will loose their credibility and customers within a short span of time
