ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING & UNACCEPTABLE!*I'm writing to express my outrage and disappointment at the absolute disgust that was served to me in the name of food. The items I received in my recent order were not only bitter but also *ROTTEN* and had a *BAD SMELL*, making it inedible. It's shocking to see such negligence and lack of quality control.The food is completely unacceptable, and I demand a *FULL REFUND* for my order. The baked sor doi was good. The jhal chanachur was not at all spicy and is disappointingly bad. The worst was the kucho singara though, it reeked of old, reused oil, as stale fried food often does. I never thought Hindusthan Sweets would sell products of such poor quality and charge a premium for them. I am never ordering from here again.
