Hindmata located at Tardeo. The ambience of this place is made very decent. As you enter on the right side wall you will notice an artwork showing Hindmata station signboard and some sayings like once upon a time all food was organic. Interior design of the restaurant is very good as can be seen by the charming yet effective lighting done on the roof ceiling of the restaurant. An open kitchen is visible at the ending of the outdoor non/ac section. There is an impressive vintage clock displayed at the restaurant which is hanged on the entrance. The service is quick and staffs are generous. There is also charging slot available behind the seating so you can charge your phone or laptop in order to have an experience of eat while you work. The restaurant has another section inside which is air conditioned but it opens around 7 pm. We tried here Dosa which was crispy, Caramel custard and Uttapam. The food quality was good and the price was also reasonable. Overall it is a restaurant for someone who prefers south Indian lunch.
