Need to inform the collective: The Himalayan Yoga Cafe is a jewel which can be found just outside Rishikesh.
It so happened that I was spending almost three weeks there while I was working, and I had been eating and drinking myself through the menu. The mixture between classical Indian Food and fusion with more western style breakfast is welcome by both: Westerners and Locals.
The playlist will be forever tattooed in my brain, same as the friendly staff creating an atmosphere of care and dedication. The three puppies stole my heart and I fell in love with the Chickpea Curry. And the Spinach Sandwich. And the Poha. Uh, and the mixed Pakoras. Uh, and the Paneer Pakoras. Palak Paneer! And, oh my, everything, come and try! And yes, try the juices. Whenever I said to myself: Today I will take a food photo, I forgot as soon as food arrived: It was too good. So I have to leave you with the empty Poha plate. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
