The ambience is really good, but the food does not justify the price. It feels like they are focusing more on the ambience than the quality of the dishes. I would recommend tasting the food before placing a large order. The rice quality was hard and should be much better, especially when they charge a premium. I had the chance to visit Himalayan Roots while traveling to my hometown. It’s a pleasant restaurant that offers a wide variety of North Indian, Chinese, and several snacking options. The ambience is quite appealing, and the open-air dining area is definitely a highlight, providing a nice space to relax and enjoy your meal. However, I did find the pricing to be on the higher side, especially when compared to the portion sizes and the overall taste. It’s certainly a good option to try, but I wouldn’t call it the best.
