My wife and I visited the Himalayan Cafe, expecting a good meal. Instead, we had a terrible experience. We paid ₹930 through PhonePe, but the staff insisted they didn't receive it on GPay. We showed them our bank and PhonePe statements, but they were very rude and dismissive. Feeling pressured, we paid again with the promise of a refund if their records showed a double payment. However, they ignored our numerous calls over the next five days. Only when we called from a different number did they answer, but they simply denied ever receiving the payment, even though our bank confirmed it went through. It wasn't just about the money, but the disrespect and stress. We spent 2 hours trying to resolve this, while they refused to check their bank statements. This ordeal ruined our trip. If you don't mind wating a long time for incredible food this is the place for you. The athmosphere is average and the waiting time was 1,5 hours the first time i was here but the food is amazing! Some of the best tibetan food i've had. And it's very reasonably priced Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
