We had an absolutely incredible meal. The food quality, portion sizes, and pricing are all exceptional, making this a must-visit spot. While the atmosphere was a little quieter due to the extreme weather, the cozy setting was still very welcoming. The highlight of the evening, without a doubt, was the Momos. We started with an array of dishes, including Prawn Momos, Pork Momos, and the Crispy Chicken starter (also incredible!). The Momos here are unlike any I’ve had before—they are simply the best. They are huge, easily three times the size of standard momos, and the portion size is incredibly generous (we received about eight of each!). While both the prawn and pork varieties were exceptional, the Pork Momos were my personal favourite. They are definitely a meal in themselves. We also shared the Mixed Meat Chow Mein (with extra Schezwan sauce) and Mixed Meat Fried Rice, which were delicious and further proved the commitment to big portions and great value. The Pina Colada cocktail was perfectly made and very refreshing. The service throughout the evening was great, attentive, and efficient. If you are in Candolim and looking for authentic, high-quality food with generous portions and fantastic prices, do not miss out on Himalayan Bar & Restaurant. Please visit this place. A cozy spot for enjoying authentic Himalayan food. Everything we ordered was so delicious that I forgot to take photos. Best momos I’ve had in a long long time.
