On 19 of October 2025 we just went there to have a tea and a snacks and one of my friends was with me who's an athelete on a diet and they didn't even allowed him to eat it saying that they didn't allow food from outside, even the restuarant was fully empty, we requested them few times and there weren't no other customers at that time but the staff and the owner was very rude and disrespectful. This isn't a way to treat customers. If we haven't bought anything from there they can say like this and on the other hand, a tea costs 24 rupees that's totally unnecessary, because that isn't worth 24 rupees. We'll get better quality tea for 10 or 12 rupees outside. Such a nasty place with nasty people. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I dont understand how himalaya Bake & more got some of the 5 * and 4 * reviews.if you want the food, order the food at least two hours before you want the food .. the lady staff in the cash counter of the bakery is very rude.. the hygiene is pathetic.. we can get good food from the small shops in front of the bake & more. The owner should teach the staff how to deal with the customers .. only if he wishes to bring his property to the next level.
