Hillstar Restaurant, previously known as Hilton, is an absolute gem in Hyderabad for Chicken Biryani. They always serve the Biryani hot, and you can ask for double masala if you prefer. I really love the quality of rice they use. You won’t be satisfied with just one mini Chicken Biryani—even if your stomach is full, you’ll crave another because of its amazing taste. They charge a minimal amount of ₹10 for an extra onion salad, as it isn’t provided for free. Chicken Shawarma is another great item on their menu. I tried the Special Chicken Shawarma wrapped in Rumali Roti, and it was awesome. I barely needed any sauce to enhance the flavor since it was already delicious. There is plenty of two-wheeler parking available in the cellar, but they don’t have car parking. However, I think they do offer valet parking. Overall, Hillstar never disappoints — consistent taste, good service, and great value for money. Highly recommended for Biryani lovers!
