The recipe for success of this restaurant is its good fried chicken, soup and chicken and rice. Food delivery is an important advantage of Hilton China. We had ordered Crispy Chicken and Chicken Cheese Momos for starters and Thai Chicken Make up Fried Rice (whatever that means), Chicken kungpao for main course and Mocktails, blueberry, mint mojito, green apple and blue lagoon.
The fried rice was simply delicious, mildly garlic flavoured, full of exotic veggies and chicken chunks. Chicken kungpao also complimented the fried rice and was full of veggies like broccoli, mushrooms, bell peppers etc along with chicken pieces.
The best was the chicken crispy. Crispy fried chicken pieces coated in flavourful spices. The momos were pretty average.
Overall a great place to try the Indo Chinese food.
