Room is neat and clean, prime location near to Coakers walk, Lake. Service is good. Four restaurants in next compound. No view from window, either Main road or artificial plant. Good place to stay. Bathroom are neatly maintained. Got hot water as mentioned. Thanks. Have dedicated car parking also Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

The rooms were good with all amenities, but there is no view as mentioned in the description. Also the service is very poor. Our request for a fresh towel and hot chocolate was denied saying that there is no one to prepare the hot chocolate. The location is prime and in the city centre. The complimentary breakfast is a huge meal and really good. There are 3 good restaurants just beside the hotel. Rooms: 4 Service: 1 Location: 4
