Had a wonderful experience at this café. The ambience is warm and relaxing, making it a perfect place to spend time with friends or enjoy some quiet moments alone. The coffee was freshly brewed and tasted excellent, and the food was delicious and well presented. The staff was friendly, polite, and provided quick service. Overall, it’s a great spot with good vibes, tasty food, and excellent coffee. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice café experience.

Our dinner experience at Highway Diaries was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The paneer dish was excessively oily and had a bad smell, clearly indicating poor quality. The naan was half-cooked, and even after ordering rotis, they were served very late. When we politely informed the staff about these issues, they responded using inappropriate and rude language. When we asked to speak with a senior staff member, he handed over his visiting card and arrogantly said, “What will you do with this?” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. We were visiting to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and due to the poor food quality and extremely rude staff behavior, the entire celebration was ruined. We expect much better food quality and respectful behavior from a restaurant like Highway Diaries. We strongly urge the management to take strict action regarding staff conduct and food standards so that no other customer’s special occasion is spoiled in the future. Failure to address such issues compromises customer safety, brand reputation, and trust. If no appropriate action is taken, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to relevant consumer grievance platforms and authorities.
