Title: Disappointed by the attitude of the Executive Chef I visited this hotel regarding my Beautiful Bhatti business services. The entire kitchen management was handled by the Executive Chef — but to my surprise, he didn’t even speak properly or show basic courtesy. He didn’t listen to what service I had come to offer and behaved as if he was too superior to talk. For a hotel that claims to serve dishes from across India and abroad, it’s shocking to see such poor human behaviour. A big name and fancy infrastructure are of no use if the staff, especially a senior chef, cannot treat people respectfully. Before visiting this hotel, dealers, agents, or any service providers should think twice. True hospitality is not just about food — it’s about how you treat people. Sadly, this hotel failed in that.
