High Ultra Lounge is an amazing restaurant located on the 32nd floor of the World Trade Centre in Bengaluru. It offers a stunning view of the city from its rooftop and is the perfect spot for a romantic date or a night out with friends. The ambience is incredible, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food quality and taste is excellent. The cocktails and mocktails are also top-notch, and the selection of Asian cuisine is vast. Prices are a bit expensive, but it's worth the experience. The DJ Silvr provides great music, and there's plenty of space to dance. Overall, High Ultra Lounge is an amazing place to spend an evening enjoying the breathtaking views of Bengaluru.
Music was good, a great rooftop hotel, But as for food it was really okay. Pizza did not taste good it had no taste to be honest Primavera pizza. The drinks we tried where good, veg nachos where okay. Attended a techno gig here recently on 28th of Feb and had also purchased afterparty tickets. The ticket clearly mentioned “cover charge per ticket,” and we paid ₹3000 for two tickets. However, when we went to enter the afterparty area after the gig, two staff members at the entrance started asking us to pay the cover charge again. When we questioned this and explained that we had already paid and charging again wouldbe illegal, one of them(not the beard guy who is short) still refused entry and began loudly shouting “chaar hazaar dena, do hazaar dena” at people in the queue as if money was being collected informally. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and felt very uncomfortable. Eventually we were able to enter only because we met the event organizers, who themselves told the staff not to collect additional cover from guests. Despite this, that particular staff member continued asking other people to pay. For a venue with the reputation of High Ultra Lounge, such behavior seriously lowers the standard of the place. Management should ensure staff are properly briefed about event tickets and stop this kind of behavior immediately. Guests who have already paid should not be pressured to pay again at the door. Hope the management looks into this and prevents similar experiences in the future. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
