A. Egg chicken fried rice : For the first time ever in my life, i encountered with so many coriander leaves in Egg chicken fried rice. I have normally eaten this dish specifically from most of the outlets, but Hidden kitchen 54 must say you guys did a pretty bad job in preparing Egg chicken fried rice. Who does put so much amount of coriander leaves in Egg chicken fried rice? Chef of the restaurant this is for you :
1. The coriander leaves overpowered the simple taste of Egg chicken fried rice as it was put in abundant amount which is disgusting. In the menu also its not written that you guys add coriander leaves in egg chicken fried rice which would have given your customers to choose whether they would like to have coriander leaves or not in their fried rice. In my general knowledge of food no one adds coriander leaves in egg chicken fried rice. You can have a look at the pictures and you can make out the amount of coriander leaves has been added in this dish which spoiled the taste of the dish.
B. Chicken manchurian : Again abundant amount of coriander leaves which again overpowered the true taste of the dish of chicken manchurian. It tasted pretty bad because of the abundant amount of coriander leaves.
I guess this restaurant should be not named as Hidden kitchen 54 but should be renamed as HIDDEN CORIANDERS OF KITCHEN as i beleive coriander is put in all the dishes so even if you don't ask for it, it will come complimentary with the dish spoiling the real taste of the food. Chef you must start looking and tasting your dishes and l am 200 percent sure you won't b able to eat this Egg chicken fried rice and Chicken manchurian so how do you expect your customers to eat the same?
