I want to convey my worst experience with hibiscus cafe interms of their customer service though the food was good.We were mistakenly billed for a drink we didn't even order and when we crosschecked and asked for it we were pushed by the person at the billing to just take it.We politely refused and asked for a refund for which there was no proper response/refund till now(after 2 months inspite of repeated texting!).Would definitely not recommend just for the service.And just look at that whooping service charge for the wonderful service i got!(Few ppl might find this as a normal fare).
