Hi Seoul is an absolute gem! The food is authentic, portions are super generous (those gimbap rolls are no joke!), and the prices are hard to beat compared to other Korean spots around. It’s got that cozy, no-frills vibe that makes you want to keep coming back. Glad to say that it became a go-to spot for me and my husband. Highly recommended! Cozy and Comfortable Korean Dining Experience. Visited this place recently and really appreciated the cozy, comfortable setting. The staff were genuinely polite and helpful, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The food was flavorful and served in generous portions. I especially enjoyed the sides—they were well-prepared and complemented the mains nicely. However, I was a bit let down by the kimchi. Given that it's a staple in Korean cuisine, I had higher expectations for its flavor. One downside during the visit was that the waiter was not available most of the time. We had to wait a while to get their attention, which affected the otherwise smooth service. The ambiance was on the quieter side—there was no background music during my visit, which made the place feel a bit gloomy. Perhaps it was due to the lower crowd at the time, but a little soft music could definitely uplift the vibe. Pricing-wise, it's on the higher end compared to other Korean restaurants I've been to. That said, the quality and service mostly justify the cost, with the exception of the kimchi and the occasional service gap. Overall, it's a good spot for a relaxed meal if you're in the mood for Korean food and don’t mind a slightly premium price tag. We recently visited Hi Seoul Korean Restaurant for a family dinner, and it was a pleasant experience overall. This quaint little eatery offers authentic Korean food in a clean and hygienic setting. The decor is simple and functional, giving it a cozy vibe that complements the food. We started with a complimentary appetizer, which was a nice touch and set the tone for the meal. For the mains, we ordered the chicken hot pot, which was warm and hearty, featuring shreds of tender chicken, plenty of fresh vegetables, and glass noodles. It was served with a portion of sticky rice, making it a satisfying dish. We also tried the chicken gimbap, which came with 16 pieces and was generously packed with veggies. While the presentation was great, the chicken inside was a bit dry, which slightly detracted from the overall flavor. One thing to note is that the restaurant doesn’t have its own parking, so you’ll need to find a spot in one of the nearby bylanes. That aside, it’s a great place to enjoy budget-friendly Korean food.
