Heritage Herbal Restaurant, Kallaplu. 1. Herbal Clay Chicken (₹ 420) 2. Mutton Matka Biriyan - Half (₹ 190) A very heavy and delicious lunch day We had some special foods from @ The first thing we ordered was HERBAL CLAY CHICKEN! yes, you read it right, it is the chicken, which is wrapped in clay after mixing with their special masalas( a mixture of 28 masalas!!) And they use absolutely no oil for the preparation. They just keep the clay chicken in high flame for a long period, say 2.30 hours to bake the chicken wrapped in clay and thence we get a delicious, aromatic chicken in its healthiest way. While breaking the clay to take out the chicken, you will get a very nice and tempting aroma, which will make you more hungry. And along with the whole chicken, we had a mutka full of mutton biriyani too... They make it with their special masalas with with minimal use of oil. The biriyani is not just serving in mutka, it is cooked in mutka and you really will enjoy the taste and the aroma. And the rice and mutton was well cooked and the masalas were just perfect for our kinda taste. And their service and hospitality also deserve an appreciation. And the ambience was also really soothing.

Poor quality service. the restaurant was practically empty at that Time . The food was mediocre too.Never recommending this to anybody.Bad food quality, wastage of money, we can get better food in the other hotels.
