I stayed here for 2 nights from 20-22nd Mar. The hotel is app 20 kms from city. Which takes around 40 mins app to reach Hotel. Hotel gives a vibes of Heritage Property. Rooms are spacious. Cons : 1. Pathetic service. Night there was one Party wherein the loud speaker where blowing full throttle till Midnight. Certain guests complaint including me. They were not ready to stop. Only assurance first till 10:30 than 11 than 12 finally after complaint they stopped. 2. Intercom doesn’t works. Mobile number was given which they don’t pick. To order food in room number is different. Which they keep on passing to other person. Probably they don’t understand language. 3. Attitude: After good number complaint they say Jo karna h kar lo. Every manager is there in own. Name : Mr Surendra. Mr. Binod. Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 3
