NO MORE HERITAGE KHIRASARA PALACE - GAREEB KHIRASARA PALACE. Pathetic Restaurant And Hospitality I recently visited Heritage Khirasara Palace Restaurant and was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and hospitality. The ambiance may be impressive, but the service was far from it. To start, the staff displayed a complete disregard for basic courtesy. The behavior of the captain who took our order was shocking. Instead of allowing us to enjoy our meal in peace, he approached us in the middle of dining and continuously hammer us for ordering if anything we needed. He just crossed his limit as he openly disclosed the billing amount, demanding immediate payment. This level of intrusion was highly inappropriate and made us feel uncomfortable, ruining what was supposed to be a pleasant dining experience. I expected far better from a place that markets itself as a fine-dining establishment. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I would advise potential customers to think twice before visiting if they value respect and proper service. Service: 1
