Very bad hotel. Dirty walls and linen. Stinking corridors. There is no parking, no good restaurant nearby. Everything is substandard here.. Guards double up as waiters and very greedy for money. The elevator is worst. All waste materials are visible in elevator hoistway (shaft). This hotel is not meant for tourists. It is mostly used by sales boys and love-birds as hourly customers.

Best budget friendly hotel in Lucknow. We were helped by R. k . Chakraborty throughout our stay . They've took care of all our requests and were available 24*7 . Rooms were clean too. The complimentary breakfast buffet was yummy too Service: 5

I stayed here on 9 Feb 2026 my room no. Was 310 . When I entered the room the room was smelling bad and the bed cover and pillows are all dirty . I v changed 2 rooms before and last he has given us room no. 310 . When I woked up and went to bathroom the flush was not working. Please don't come here to waste your money there are lots of hotels in Lucknow you should have to avoid this hotel. Service: 1
