I placed an order through swiggy, from the malviya nagar outlet, turns out neither is the staff at the restaurant able to follow cooking instructions, nor do they know how to respond to emails, calls or messages. In fact, it was only after 7 hours of having received my order, that the restaurant decided to receive my phone call, and when I sought clarity on why instructions were not followed, well the call was disconnected, and there has been no response ever since. Such restaurants are a joke in the hospitality industry, and I am quite certain, a little bit more time, considering such horrible services and quality of food, the restaurant and the hospitality company will have to shut shop and pack their bags, because this is absolutely no manner to deal with a customer, who is paying you for food which is being prepared incorrectly and in fact stale raw materials are being used. Please close this chain, and exit the hospitality industry at the earliest Dear Kitty and Henry. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
