The food at this hotel is good, but the service is very poor. Orders are often mixed up—if we order one item, something else is delivered. Many times, our order is served to a different table, and we receive food meant for someone else. I stayed at this hotel for one month, and only occasionally did they deliver the correct order as requested. Even when ordering soup, starters, and a main course together, they would bring the main course first, then starters and soup much later. The main issue is that the staff do not respond properly to guests’ concerns. So you can understand how they managing the restaurant and Hotel. #Poor Management.
