I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for Ms. Ankita Mitra from The Stadel Hotel, Salt Lake. She has been extremely helpful and responsive regarding my bookings from 19th to 23rd January and again from 23rd January to 3rd February. Ms. Mitra kindly shared her WhatsApp number, and I was amazed at how promptly she replied—even while busy in meetings. When I noticed on Agoda that my booking from 23rd Jan to 3rd Feb was showing as cancelled, I immediately reached out to her. Despite her busy schedule, she checked right away and reassured me that in their records the booking was intact, advising me to speak to Agoda directly while keeping my reservation on hold. This gave me great peace of mind. Later, when I visited the reception, Mr. Anish and Ms. Sonia also assisted me with patience and professionalism. They carefully checked the records and confirmed that although one booking showed cancelled, another remained valid, ensuring my stay was fully confirmed from 19th Jan to 3rd Feb. I am truly grateful for the dedication, efficiency, and kindness shown by Ms. Ankita Mitra, supported by Mr. Anish and Ms. Sonia . Their helpful attitude reflects the excellent service standards of The Stadel Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel not only for its facilities but also for the outstanding staff who go above and beyond to make guests feel secure and valued. After staying in Stadel last 8 days , I want add today Jan 27th 2026 as below “My heartfelt gratitude to *Ankita, Sonia, Anish, and Gaurav* at the front desk, whose welcoming smiles and constant support made me feel truly at home from the very first moment.
