Hungry as hell that I was, out of the varied range of dishes they serve (Check their menu for further details), I tried their punjabi thali which was not just value for money but also finger licking delicious.
Priced decently at Rs. 150/- only, the thali consisted of the following:
Salad, pickle, two veggies (Aloo Palak and mixed veg.), dal, 3 chapattis, rice, cure and a piece of Rasgulla.
The portion size of the veggies and dal was enough to fulfill not just 1 but 2 empty stomachs.
Service was prompt. Ambience was like any typical Udupi restaurant.
I was single and went in to eat masala dosa. It took around 10-12 mins for my order as i was sitting very close to there kitchen. Dosa was good but no no taste in masala, simply boiled potato onion tempered with curry leaves haldi and salt. That to masala served was in room temp. Sambhar was cold as kept in room temp. Coconut chutney was good.
I was disappointed this time.
I have very regular to this place as there north indian food is very good.
