I’m a repeat customer at Heebee and was taken aback when I found these chunks in my coffee.. after questioning their team, I was told this is cream which further shocked me.. because no where in their menu have they mentioned that they use cream in their hot coffees.. and when I told them that they should inform in their menu that they use cream I was told “Ma’am hum toh beginning se hee cream daalte hain, agar koi customer mana kare toh hum nhi daalte”.. but I as a customer question you, how am I supposed to know that you use cream when it isn’t mentioned anywhere and the very first time I bought a coffee from here, I had asked the composition of their coffee then and I was told it’s just milk and coffee.. why wasn’t I told about cream then ? Most of the times I’m on a diet and I feel cheated !.. and even if they wish to use cream then while taking orders they should ask their customers if they’d like cream in their coffee or not and nost just add it like a secret ingredient.. I’m sure there would be thousands of people like me who would be on a diet, health conscious, and unaware about the fact that these guys use cream in their hot coffee.
