The service here is absolutely pathetic. Every time I have visited this cafe, it has only left me with agony and boiling blood. They can’t deliver order in a manner that is required. The service time is absolutely pathetic meaning to make a customer wait forever and leaves me gasping as to what is the army of so called ‘crew’ doing. I think they should have fries only on the menu and rest all they can’t deliver. I recently purchased a Lavender Special Pastry from this bakery, but my experience was marred by poor customer service. The pastry was priced at ₹180, but the cashier added ₹9 extra for GST without clear indication. When I questioned the extra charge, the cashier was rude, pointing to the small print on the tag. I suggested that the GST rate (5%) should be clearly displayed near the cash counter for customer visibility. However, the cashier seemed uncooperative. Moreover, I noticed that bills weren't being provided to customers. When I requested a bill, the cashier responded dismissively, saying "Ha mera kya faida hai isme lelo" Due to the cashier's rude behavior and lack of transparency, I decided not to return to this bakery.
