Visited Heaven Inn (ಹೆವೆನ್ ಇನ್) in Shimoga recently, and the experience was quite satisfying. The food is really good – I especially loved the Bagada Masala Fry, it was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor! The place is usually very crowded, which speaks to its popularity, but it can definitely improve a bit on cleanliness and maintenance. Despite that, the taste and quality of the food make it worth it. I will definitely revisit and would recommend it to others who are looking for good non-veg food in Shimoga.
