Absolutely terrible and greedy service. I was told the wait would be 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, they said one pizza was ready and the other would take another 15 minutes because it hadn’t even been put in the oven. I waited nearly 45 minutes in the sun with elderly people, only to be told it still wasn’t ready. I had to go back home and return later to collect it. If the lady had just been honest from the start instead of saying “20 minutes” just to secure the sale, I could have planned properly. Meanwhile, they were serving people who came after us. Awful pizza and even worse service.

Very veryyyy worst and disappointing experience at Heat Square Pollachi this time. I ordered ₹499 for 12 strips and ₹499 for 16 wings, but the size and quantity were extremely poor. The pieces were very thin almost the size of a small ketchup sachet and didn’t justify the price at all. I have been a regular customer and have ordered 30+ times from the Pollachi branch and many times from the Coimbatore branch too, so I clearly know the usual quality and portion size. Unfortunately, this order felt far below the standard. The taste was also not good, and it honestly seemed like low-quality pieces were served, possibly due to closing time. Spent ₹1,048 and my whole family, especially the kids, were disappointed. I hope the team maintains consistency in quality and portion size because this experience was not worth it. If there's a -5 review option I'll select that first. Worst Experience. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 1
