Poor Hygiene and Food Quality – Very Disappointing Experience I ordered boiled chicken from your outlet, and this was a very disappointing experience. Not just once, but three different times I found hair in the chicken. This clearly shows a serious lack of hygiene and food safety standards in your kitchen. When customers order something as basic as boiled chicken, they expect it to be clean, safe, and hygienic. Finding hair repeatedly is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how you handle and prepare food. I am extremely dissatisfied and will think twice before ordering again.
