I enjoyed my Healthy Express experience. The food was fresh, tasty and delivered each morning well packaged. I had a variety of foods in the several days I tried this service and It exceeded my expectations. The convenience of having well balanced meals delivered was awesome and helped me towards my fitness goal. It is pricey for me, which is the only reason I couldn't continue for longer, however if in the future I need to meet a food/fitness goal I would use them again for a longer period.
