Highly inefficient customer service that o have come across. I had quality issues with some fruits, I sent pics to the customer care, he confirmed me that the amount will be refunded witching 2 days, it’s over 10 days and they didn’t refund the amount, when I asked the customer care today again, he replied we will check and update and there’s no update after that.
