I received an order from Healthio through Zomato, and shockingly, there was a tissue inside the sealed bag that appeared to have blood stains on it. This is highly unhygienic and deeply concerning. When I contacted the restaurant, the explanation given was completely false — they claimed it was due to celotape, but the packing was clearly done using staples. This kind of negligence and dishonesty is unacceptable. I urge others to be cautious before ordering from here. Basic food safety standards were clearly not followed.
