Most guests recommend trying perfectly cooked shawarma, roast beef and chicken biryani. Order great tea or good coffee, it's a must while visiting this restaurant. Food delivery is a big plus of Hazza Restaurant & Bake House. The gracious staff welcomes visitors all year round. Service at this place is something one can call nice. Bad experience last night ; after ordering fried chicken item’s for around Rs.250+, I have asked for some gravy to have the porotta, but very sad to say that the staff who taken my order simply hesitated to provide the same. He also told me if you can order gravy type dish if you need the gravy. As I have already ordered one fried item, i need to order other gravy item to get the gravy. I felt like Staff behaves like if you need food you can have otherwise you can leave. Vey very bad experience to me. I will definitely think twice before recommending Hazza to my friends and relatives in future. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner
