Worst Experience at Hazza Kitchen, Infopark Our team recently visited Hazza Kitchen for a quick snack and ordered 3 beef curries, each priced at ₹140. To our disappointment, the quantity of beef pieces was noticeably less. When we politely requested the staff to provide a fair portion for the price, we were met with rude and unprofessional behavior. The staff member bluntly told us, "I know how much to give, and I will only give what I can." It felt like they had another set of orders but didn’t have enough stock to serve both properly, so they reduced our portion. Instead of addressing our concern, they acted as if they were doing us a favor. Unfortunately, since there are very few options in the Athulya building, they seem to take their customers for granted. I would highly recommend avoiding this place unless they seriously reconsider both their service quality and attitude towards customers.
