We ordered a shisha which was choking since it's inception when we addressed to it's pompous staff Md. Humayun who was not very great as he resorted to debate proving himself correct. Finally on his realisation (sic) he took the shisha to make it fine and on it's arrival within 5mins there was hardly any smoke. On our second complaint another staff said that coal change is not required and he would make it fine and after his endeavors again in the next 5mins there was again issues with the smoke.
We requested again to see why the shisha is giving so much trouble when Humayun again resorted into a verbal argument that it's absolutely fine and he would not change the coal as the coal has already been changed.
We never had an issue in paying additional charges but his disgusting behavior left us with no option but to leave. We duly paid for the pain we suffered.
We still want Haze to be our favorite dine in place so request you to kindly look into the matter and the staff's behavior and to prioritize on your service quality. Thanks and Regards.
Went here to try the algio olio veg dimsums after hearing a lot about them
as soon as we entered the place, itwas completely empty we went around 7 in the evening
we were 5 of us and took a table
the staff came in and said please change your table what if other people come in
and the place was entirely empty
when the momos arrived the filling was nothing like aglio olio it had filing filled with masala and no taste of garlic
the momos alone cost Rs 360
very disappointed with the ambience, food as well as service.
