Went here to celebrate friend’s birthday. We decided to have ice cream cake and celebrate the occasion. But the owner didn’t accept our order. He mentioned havmor doesn’t allow people to have ice cream cakes in the store. I had ice cream cakes in other havmor outlets and mentioned the same, still the owner denied. The owner’s behaviour was also unacceptable. The outlet was not crowded, only we four of us were there. Had disappointing experience with havmor. If havmor is not allowing people to have ice cream cakes what’s the purpose of selling ice cream cakes in retail outlets ?

Visited Havmor Velachery near Phoenix Mall with my daughter, totally drained. Shocked there’s no drinking water for customers — even a basic facility is missing
