I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. While the ambiance was pleasant and inviting, the food and drinks were a major letdown. The dishes were lackluster, lacking any real depth of flavor, and the mocktails were poorly executed—either too strong or oddly balanced. To make matters worse, the staff was unprofessional and seemed to lack basic communication skills. There was little attention to detail, and it felt like we were being ignored most of the time. For a place that could have potential, it left much to be desired, and I wouldn’t be rushing back anytime soon. I visited Havana Resort with my family and friends for a birthday celebration, and we arrived at the hotel around 11:30 pm. Despite our late arrival, the staff graciously served us until 1:00 am, displaying exceptional hospitality. The ambiance was wonderful, and both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes were absolutely delicious. They took special care of our requests, and the entire team was very humble and attentive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
