It's a very decent restaurant and not at all premium but provides a budget option for food. The food is not that fresh but considering the price they charge the food is good. Veg items are recommended and meat is not recommended as the freshness is very doubted. The food also seems refrigerated quite a few days before having but still the prices are very low. There is also a bar for consumption of alcohol. The bar costs are also very less so it is recommended. The staff management is nice and the staff behaviour is very good. The restaurant is not that energetic as the lights are very dim but still the air condition worksheet and cleanliness is maintained. The accommodation includes low seats and very fragile tables of cheap quality but still for budget eating purposes this restaurant is recommended. It's a very nice place to eat and also rates are very less as compared to other restaurants. It's a very budget friendly place to have food also the comfort is maintained using air conditioning. Beside the restaurant there is a bar where alcoholic beverages are available. Although the rates of alcohol are unknown and consumption of alcohol is not recommended, it is a good place to have food because of the very low prices. Food quality is also decent along with fresh quality meat. Overall I rate it four stars out of 5. Very sad to share experience today at Havana Restaurant Kharagpur Kaushalya More. We packed two plates of Veg Thali but when it was served on plate we found rice/paddy insects in abundance, initially we assumed it to be Jeera grains, but when looked closely it killed the appetite. It's shameful that the management allows such callousness and the staffs have no regret as well when complained.

We asked them to cancel the Thali and give Chowmin which was provided but in a very small quantity as if they did us a favor.

Never again we are going to eat at Havana.
