I'm a frequent visitor to Hatari other branches and continue one dish I mostly order is lemon fish. But this time it was outstanding in taste. Generally they provide lemon with the dish, but it makes the dish slightly bitter. But this time it was served with gandhoraj lemon leaf, and it turned out too delicious. A must try option in Hatari. Excellent service as well. Food is the main reason I keep coming back to Kolkata and I've been a loyal customer of Hatari Restaurant since 2011, and over the years, they've never disappointed. I first tried their Dry Chili Lamb and Mixed Pork Fried Rice at their Gariahat outlet, and the flavors left such a lasting impression that I’ve continued to visit their various locations (Jameslong Sarani, Baguiati) ever since. The experience at their Madhyamgram outlet has been just as remarkable, maintaining the same high standard. The Dry Chili Lamb is perfectly spiced and tender, with just the right amount of heat and flavor to keep me coming back. The Mixed Pork Fried Rice is a must-try—fragrant, flavorful, and packed with a generous amount of meat. The balance of flavors is spot-on, and every bite is a treat. What I appreciate most about Hatari is the consistency in both food quality and service. Whether you're at the Gariahat outlet or Madhyamgram, the experience feels familiar and dependable, which makes it my go-to for satisfying, authentic Chinese cuisine. Hatari Restaurant - Madhyamgram is located on Jessore Road. We went there for lunch. We had Tikka Kebab and Fried Chicken for Starters, Mix Chowmein, Sahi Polao and Chicken Rezala for main course. The food was quite good. However their signature ice cream based beverages and desserts were all unavailable on a weekend afternoon. The service and atmosphere was pretty good with music being played. Portions were suitable for 3.
