We visited Hatari’s Behala branch on Mother’s Day (May 11, 2025) hoping to celebrate the occasion with my senior citizen mother. Unfortunately, the entire experience turned out to be extremely disappointing and upsetting. My sister had arrived early to secure a seat and placed our order in advance, yet from the moment she got there, she was pressured by the staff to have all members present immediately, despite clearly explaining the situation. Rather than showing understanding, the staff were rude and dismissive, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere even before we arrived. When my mother and I joined her, only one dish—Fish Fingers—was served, and it was tasteless and bland. Throughout our time there, we were made to feel unwelcome, with staff throwing glances, whispering, and clearly wanting us to leave quickly. I tried to raise the issue with the manager, but was told to speak to someone else who, instead of listening to my concerns with empathy, justified the staff’s behavior by referring to a seating policy that was never communicated to us beforehand. This lack of professionalism, poor communication, and outright disrespect ruined what should have been a joyful family outing. I will not recommend this place to any of my family members, colleagues, or relatives, and I will certainly not be visiting it again. Hatari needs to seriously re-evaluate their customer service standards if they want to maintain any reputation at all. Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Blue Lagoon: mostly taste of soda Ginger Garlic chicken: coating is bit high, taste was not so good Lemon fish , chicken fried rice, chicken hakka noodles, sweet and sour chicken taste and quantity is good! Suggestion: when you are asking for feedback then just accept it what customer is sharing! Otherwise no need to ask for live feedback at table!
