Worst experience ever I have till date. We were celebrating dinner party of about 60 guests on occasion of birthday. First of all Restaurant was converted into banquet hall without my/ our consent. It was not providing the same ambience as of restaurant. They served drinks and snacks in paper glass, plate and timber fork in place of regular glass, cup, plate, spoon and fork. Waiters don't trained how to serve a standard party, even they don't know how to serve properly. No Manager level personnel was looking after. On complain they used to replace plate and fork, etc. only to those who were complaining, not to all. Most of our guests were reputed persons from health, education, engineering and other fields. Except some items other food quality was not good. Crispy baby corn chilli was cold hard stuff. There were practically no difference between Lachchha Parathas, butter/ garlic non and butter tandoori roti and it was served cold. Worst was that handsome quantity of sweets was left unused and they didn't allow parcel of even 10 nos.of sweets, however, chargeable rate was per plate per person. They charged standard rate for poor quality of services and foods. I felt cheated at the end. I wouldn't recommend this place for a standard party. For average, people may go any where. Nice ambience, hygienic and staff behaviour and service were very good. Didn't expected such restaurant in Purnea. Happy to visit. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
