Very disappointing experience at Hashtag Siliguri. At the entry, they asked for my name and mobile number, which was fine, but after entering I was surprised to see the place almost empty. I asked for a table because I wanted to have some food and drinks, but the staff told me to sit in front of the bar where there was just a small bench, not even a proper dining table. When I requested a normal table, the staff said it was “reserved” even though no one was there! It looked like they were not interested in serving customers properly. The music was very loud, and even some of the staff were chatting loudly among themselves instead of paying attention to guests. When I decided to leave, not a single person said anything no goodbye, no thank you. Totally unprofessional and disappointing behavior. They really need to learn how to treat customers with basic respect and hospitality. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent dining experience in Siliguri.
